Refunds

All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds. Once an order is placed, your contest entries are automatically and immediately submitted to our sweepstakes company. We cannot tamper with the entries for the Fantasy Car Giveaway.

No Refunds, Exchanges Only

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@onvive.com.

Once we confirm your exchange as valid. You can mail your item to the return address listed on your order packing slip.

Note: the return address may be different if you ordered multiple products. We have many fulfillment centers from which we ship our products. Please look at your packing slip for the correct return address.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Chargebacks

Customers who create chargebacks towards the Fantasy Car Giveaway will be disqualified from the current giveaway, banned from future giveaways and blocked from purchasing from OnVive. 

Coupon Codes

    • Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout - You must press "Apply" to see the order total update
    • We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted
    • Only one code can be used per purchase
    • Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases

Shipping
To return your product for an approved exchange, you should mail your product to the address listed on your packing slip. 

If you are unable to locate your packing slip, contact us and we can assist you in locating the proper return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
